Shipping and Delivery
Products are perishable and require prompt retrieval upon delivery. Carrier confirmation that an order was delivered will ordinarily be treated as evidence of delivery; shipping concerns are reviewed case by case under the Refund and Returns Policy.
Do not consume a product that appears contaminated, has damaged or compromised packaging, has an unusual odor or appearance, or otherwise appears unsafe. Contact Alive Spirulina promptly with the order number, product lot information and photographs if a food-safety or shipping-condition concern exists.
