Refund and Returns Policy

At Alive Spirulina, we are committed to providing the highest quality fresh frozen spirulina. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not provide refunds once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your shipping address and delivery availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time by emailing support@alivespirulina.com.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, insulation, ice packs (if applicable), and all products received.
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or issue.
  • Photographs that include a visible date and time stamp or other verifiable evidence demonstrating the condition of the package immediately upon delivery.

Alive Spirulina reserves the right to deny any claim if sufficient documentation is not provided.

Delivery Claims

Because our products are perishable, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and retrieve the package promptly upon delivery.

We are not responsible for product degradation, thawing, spoilage, theft, loss, or damage resulting from a package being left unattended after delivery. Claims based on products that were not promptly retrieved from the delivery location may be denied.

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier, including tracking records, GPS verification, and photographic proof of delivery, shall be considered valid evidence that the package was successfully delivered.

Refunds and Replacements

Approved claims for damaged or incorrect orders may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our sole discretion.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for:

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Packages left unattended after delivery.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Subscription orders that were not canceled before processing.
  • Orders for which the required documentation is not submitted within the required timeframe.

Alive Spirulina reserves the right to investigate all claims and make the final determination regarding eligibility for refunds, replacements, or credits.
