By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to manage their subscription, including monitoring upcoming renewal dates, shipment schedules, billing dates, payment methods, shipping addresses, and account information. Alive Spirulina is not responsible for notifying customers of upcoming renewals, recurring charges, future deliveries, failed payment methods, expired payment cards, or scheduled shipment dates beyond any automated notifications that may be provided as a courtesy.
Customers may review, modify, pause, or cancel their subscription through their account prior to the next billing or processing date. Failure to do so before an order is processed does not qualify the order for cancellation, refund, or replacement.
Once a subscription order has been processed, a shipping label has been created, or the order has been transferred to our fulfillment department, the order cannot be canceled, modified, recalled, or stopped.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to maintain and manage your subscription and delivery schedule.
