Once an order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Delivery confirmation, including photographic proof provided by the carrier, will be considered valid proof of delivery.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for any order that is confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
By placing an order, you agree that responsibility for the package transfers to you once it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
