At Alive Spirulina, we are committed to providing the highest quality fresh frozen spirulina to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial refund, at our discretion. To assist us in resolving the matter efficiently, we may ask you to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items along with your order details.
